Pango Homes was started in 2014 after one too many neighbors got steamrolled by an out-of-state wholesaler. We're a small team - two principals, a project manager, and the trades we've been working with for a decade.
We close with our own balance sheet, not a JV partner who can vanish at the eleventh hour. We renovate with permits, pay our contractors weekly, and we live in the neighborhoods we invest in.
We're not the right fit for everyone. If you have a turnkey home and four months to wait, hire an agent. But if you have a fixer, a complicated situation, or a property you'd rather sell quietly - we'd like the chance to make you a real offer.
What we believe
Capital over commission
We make money on the renovation, not the contract. That means our incentive is to close - not to chase a higher resale spread before escrow.
Discretion is a feature
Plenty of our sellers don't want neighbors, employers, or family knowing they're selling. We don't put signs in yards. We don't post addresses.
Neighborhoods, not portfolios
We renovate to a standard the block deserves. Permits pulled. Trades paid. Trash hauled. The next family moves into a home, not a flip.
